Michael Lewis-Anderson
24/10/2018After a successful beginning and the collection of several prizes, Millésime Chocolat has teamed up with Michael Lewis-Anderson, a Belgian-English pastry chef. He is known for his prestigious cake decorations made for major events such as the wedding cake of King Philippe of Belgium in December 1999 or that of Queen Paola's birthday on the occasion of his 80th birthday. Michael Lewis-Anderson is also engaged in charity events.
Today, he is the initiator of his own limited edition chocolate bar made by Millésime Chocolat to support world peace. The bar is made from rare cacao beans from India.
